I
think that there shall never be
Another Teddy quite like me.
I'm worn and old, a little
tattered
But I've been there when it
mattered.
I've lived my life not on a
farm
But locked within a young
child's arm.
I've listened to secrets and
to prayers
And through it all I'm no
worse for wear.
I've brought happiness and
dried some tears
Mended hearts and calmed
some fears.
A humble little bear am I
With a twinkle in my eye.
