Orange Jello Salad

SALAD

1 sm pkg Orange Jello

1 sm pkg Lemon Jello

2 c boiling water

1 3/4 c cold water

3 bananas

1 #2 can crushed pineapple

handful of minature marshmallows

TOPPING

1 c pineapple juice

1 beaten egg

2 T butter or Margerine

2 T flour

1/2 c sugar

Mix jello's with boiling water until jello is dissolved in a 9x13 pan. Add remaining ingredients until set. Make topping by mixing all of the topping ingredients, cooking until thick. Let cool. Mix in 2 c whipped cream. Ice salad top. Sprinkle with small candies and shredded cheese. Chill.

This make a very large salad. Great for potlucks and family dinners.

Lime Jello Salad

1 sm pkg Lime Jello

1 pint Cottage Cheese

1/2 c chopped celery

1/2 c chopped walnuts

Make Jello according to package. Mix in remaining ingredients. Chill until set.
